Assessments

Product management assessments that test judgement

10 tracks across the product management job, each at three levels. Pass one and it adds to your karma, credited to the topic, so recruiters see what you are strong at.

Three levels per track

Each level opens once you pass the one below it.

Level 1

Foundational

Standard practice and core concepts

Level 2

Applied

Judgement in realistic situations

Level 3

Expert

Second-order reasoning and trade-offs

How the questions are written

Every question has exactly one defensible answer. If two options are arguably right, the question is broken and gets rewritten, not shipped with a "best" answer.

The wrong options are things a real product manager actually believes, not filler. There are no trick questions and no trivia about who coined a term: the tests measure judgement, not whether someone read a particular blog post.

The 10 tracks

A track test draws 8 questions from the track itself and 2 from neighbouring topics, so each one below lists exactly what you can be examined on.

Before any of them: qualification

Three short qualification tests come first, 80% to pass, and each draws only from its own bank. Passing all three unlocks every track and interview booking.

Proctoring

Tests are AI proctored: camera, microphone, mobile-device detection, tab switching, copy-paste, and fullscreen are monitored, so a score means the candidate earned it.
